This is to be a follow-up of my "adventure" selling Stock Illustrations.
Right now, as a living, I own a small adverstising and graphic design (Web, Graphic design and videa) company, run by myself and 1 employee.
I hire my employee two years ago, and since I am a fairly small company, there was not always enough work for her. So instead of making her waste her time, I decided to let he start making stock illustrations off photos, mostly isolated objects on white.
Had about 100 images online the first year, 180 the second and now I have a 330 images portfolio since January 2011. In January, I decided to take Stock illustrations, Photography and Flash more seriously, like a lot of you out there.
What helped me is some thread found in microstock forum, who talked about real Illustrators earning versus their total images, which site was good or not.
This blog goal is the same. To give true information a numbers, and information about my progress in the Stock Illustration, photo and Flash world.
